Accounts cancelled/terminated by HostDango.com for violating our Acceptable Usage Policy or Service Policies do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, warez, you will not be given any refund.

To receive a full refund, e-mail our sales department and we will send you a cancellation notice. Any cancellation request will be effective upon receipt unless otherwise specified by the customer.
